'EquitableDomain' began with a simple dream: to deliver authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Founded by the Davies family in 1985, our pizzeria started as a small, family-run spot with recipes passed down through generations.
Emily Davies, our founder, learned the craft of pizza-making during journeys across Italy, training with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she set out to recreate the magic of true Italian pizza using time-honored methods and top-quality ingredients.
What began as a modest 12-seat pizzeria has grown into a cherished local cornerstone, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity has never changed. We still use traditional wood-fired oven techniques, mix our dough fresh daily, and source only the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'EquitableDomain' remains a family-owned operation, with the second generation of the Davies family leading our team. While we’ve adopted some modern innovations, the essence of our business remains the same: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
